Mark Fenhalls is a barrister with a mainstream criminal law practice both defending and prosecuting,in the areas of fraud, money laundering, murder, and regulatory law in the financial services industry. He spent a period of time in 1997 in Victoria, Canada with Crown Counsel Office assisting senior crown counsel, and appearing in Provincial Court. He is part of a defence team in an ongoing murder trial in Nigeria. He has been a member of Chambers since 1993. Mr. Fenhalls was granted his M.A.(Hons.), Law, Christ's College, Cambridge, 1990; M.Sc., London School of Economics and Political Science, 1991. He attended the Inns of Court School of Law, was a member of Gray's Inn, and was called to the Bar of England and Wales, 1992.
