Mikael Johansson is currently Advisor to the Raoul Wallenberg Institute's Director
on issues related to strategic planning and quality assurance. He had previously
served as Head of the Department of International Programmes at R.W.I., and
was the Regional Advisor for Democracy and Human Rights for Southern Africa
at the Embassy of Sweden/Sida in Harare, Zimbabwe. He holds an LLM, Lund
University, Sweden, where he had specialized in international human rights law,
with a focus on management of institutional and human rights and the rule of law
capacity development programmes for, inter alia, the justice sector.
