Prof. Linda A. Malone is the Marshall-Wythe Foundation Professor of Law at the College of William and Mary School of Law and the Director of the College's Human Rights and National Security Law Program. She is the author of numerous articles and has authored or co-authored ten books on international law, human rights, and environmental law. Her most recent book is ""Defending the Environment: Civil Strategies to Enforce International Environmental Law"". She is a member of the American Law Institute and serves on the Environmental Law Commission of the I.U.C.N. Prof. Malone was granted her B.A., Vassar College, her J.D., Duke University, 1979, her L.L.M., University of Illinois, 1981. She was called to the Bar in Illinois, 1979, and Georgia, 1978.
