Richard C.C. Peck, Q.C. is a practicing barrister in Vancouver, Canada.   He graduated  from the University of British Columbia Faculty of Law in 1974, was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 1975 and is also a member of the Yukon bar.  He was appointed Queen's Counsel in 1987.

He is a Life Bencher of The Law Society of British Columbia and served as a Bencher of the Law Society of British Columbia, 1988- 1997.

He was Chairman, National Criminal Justice Section, Canadian Bar Association 1989 - 91; Vice-Chairman, Forensic Psychiatric Services Commission of B.C., 1988-98; Governor, Law Foundation of British Columbia, 1985-89;  Fellow, American College of Trial Lawyers; Chairman, Advisory Committee to Provincial Judicial Council, B.C.
